We are thrilled to serve you and to provide the highest level of customer service. Our refund policy is simple, we would like to be as flexible as possible for you which is why we ask you to notify us of any cancellation within 24 hours of the start of your painting session. For group reservations or private bookings, we require notification within 48 hours of the day of the event. A deposit of 25% is always required and pre-authorized for group reservations and private bookings. Deposit may be kept upon final decision after reviewing refund request. We understand things happen, and we will try our best to find a common ground. You may call or contact us through our website to place a request for refund.
Once refund request has been approved. We will notify you through email confirming your refund.
It may take up to 7 business days to process the full refund. Store credit is always an option if you choose to reschedule a painting session for a future date. Store credit is not applicable for group reservations or private bookings.
